The National Registry of Securities Market Agents - RNAMV in Spanish -, incorporates information on the persons authorized to develop, in accordance with their legal regime, activities in the securities market.

The registration in this registry is a condition to act in the stock market and develop the activities mentioned above.

Responsibility for the use and veracity of published information

Pursuant to paragraph 3 of article 7 of Law 964 of 2005 in harmony with the provisions of paragraph 1 of article 5.1.1.1.3 of Decree 2555 of 2010, the veracity of the information contained in the SIMEV, as well as the effects produced as a consequence of its disclosure shall be the exclusive responsibility of those who provide it to the system.
